Location & Description:
RTVC's pilot project is located in Ain al Sukhna 46 kilometers down the Suez Hurghada road and 120kms from Cairo. On an area of 1,750,000m2, abutting the Red Sea coast, it includes 3 hotels, the Stella Grand, the Stella Sea Club and the Stella Golf Club and Course (visit http://www.stelladimare.com). A 2,400m2 Thalasso-therapy centre and a Diving Centre complement the hotels.
In addition there are 1,865 housing units ranging in size from 80m2 chalets to 500m2 independent villas. Two commercial and entertainment centres serve the resort community, inside of 929m2 and the other outside the gated resort (Stella Star) of 2780m2.
