Location & Description:

This project linking the Mediterranean coast with the main Alexandria Matrouh trunk road, at 150kms west of Alexandria, is being developed on an area of 750,000 m² of terraced grounds. The 5 phase terraced development is to include a 4 star 800 room beachfront hotel, 640 villas ranging in size from 220m² to 500m², 1100 chalets of 120m², a commercial and entertainment centre of about 12,000m², in addition to swimming pools, landscaped areas and services.
